Bag a parka?

I know its currently summer, but how gorgeous are these wax parkas from topshop!? Ive always loved a wax parka, right from my love of the old tattered Barbour wax, gorgeous. Pair with jeans, dresses, maxi and midi skirts. Dress up or down. I need to invest and pull out a crisp white shirt and levis to go with. mmmmm. Seeing as i live in the uk (constant rain) i see this as an excuse. ;)
