Bit of a fast forward here in terms of pushing on summer to get to those blustery boot days. Really liking the look of these Chelsea Boots courtesy of Topshop, Nicole Farhi and Kurt Geiger. Topshop have taken the chelsea boot trend and turned it very shiny indeed, whereas Kurt Geiger have opted for the fail-safe classics. Which to choose?! I love the simplicity and understated elegance. They can be paired with almost anything too. Think i may invest in a pair to comply with my autumn/winter 11 wardrobe. Cannot wait to pair them with a casual every day jeans and fur coat combo and satchel, woo. Although there is an element of punk to these boots so if i do invest i will strive for less accompanied by biker jacket and more paired with florals, maxi and midi's and prim and preppy looks. Just about to watch the catwalk dvd that came with September's vogue on trends for Autumn/Winter 11, exciting stuff.
